Our family had an excellent stay at this hotel during our visit. The location was ideal, right across the street from the park, making it convenient for our children to enjoy outdoor activities. The room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the city. The staff provided top-notch service, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the variety of options available. the hotel had great facilities and amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
One downside was the understaffed restaurant, which sometimes resulted in longer wait times for dining.

We had a wonderful and personalized stay at Four Seasons in Boston. We were pleasantly surprised when we received an email just before our trip, informing us that the pool and restaurant would be open during our stay. This was especially convenient as Boston experienced a cold snap and ice storm. The staff at the reservation desk were extremely welcoming and accommodating. As one of my children has a food allergy, both the in-room dining and the restaurant went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The recently renovated property had a comfortable mid-century modern vibe and the amenities in the room were lovely. The staff throughout the hotel, including the bar, restaurant, and concierge, were friendly and engaging. Additionally, the concierge was able to find us a last-minute rental for our journey back home. we had a pleasant and personalized stay at Four Seasons in Boston.
